| PARENT'S NIGHT OUT |
- As always, our Booster Club will be hosting this ever-popular event----but with a few changes. The dates for October are the 16th and the 30th from 6:00 to 10:00pm. The cost is $18; however there are many discounts available for siblings and team kids. PNO will be extended on some dates in November and December to accommodate Holiday Shopping. - click for more information

| AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS NOW AVAILABLE |
- We would like to introduce a new amenity for our gym parents -- You now have the option to have monthly tuition automatically drafted from the account of your choosing. We feel this is an added benefit for those who wish to save time and mental effort when stopping to write a check and, with our busy schedules, to remember due dates. All that is required is the filling out of a form with the appropriate account information. That's it! We will take care of the rest. Please see anyone at the front desk for more information. - download enrollment form
- LATE FEES: Please be aware that we are now, after a two-month grace period, following policy and will be chrging late fees to all accounts that pay later than the 2nd Saturday of each month. We are aware of how busy life can be, so if our automatic debit will help you think of one less thing, please take advantage of this benefit and avoid any additional charges.

| OPEN HOUSE |
- Our Open House has been moved to Novemember 14th. We experienced an unexpected and blessed influx of new equipment and felt it better to clean house & organize a bit better before introducting ourselves in this official way. We certainly wish to put our best foot forward to a community that deserves such! Thanks to all for your patience & understanding.

| CLASS MAKE UPS |
- This cold and flu season has proven to be substantial already. We want all parents and students to know that any missed class is easily made up with one of three options: taking an actual make-up class; participating in Parent's Night Out; or spending time in Open Gym - Saturdays from 1:00 to 3:00pm.

| CHEER PREP CLINIC |
- This is for all interested in supporting their personal cheerleading skills or for reinforcing the strengh and mastery of a cheerleading squad. In this clinic, we will be focusing on tumbling skills, cheer motions & jumps and specific technique. The clinic will run from 3:00 - 5:00 on Saturday December 12th. The cose is $25 per person. Squads with 10 or more will receive a 10% discount. - click for more information
